Melissa joined the BFSG team as the Client Service Specialist in 2023. She focuses on the client relationship experience and provides clients with account assistance. Prior to joining BFSG, Melissa worked for a local IT company as their Customer Service Manager.
Melissa is originally from Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.

Anyplace with a beach but more specifically – Monterey/Carmel area.
