Assists the firm with managing office operations, such as managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and supporting the client service team with maintaining client records and addressing client inquires as needed. This position will also assist with firm accounting functions and interfacing with outsourced finance personnel, in addition to preparing and delivering client invoices. Additional duties include supporting marketing functions of the firm and maintaining marketing software.
