Aksana Munoz, QKA
Lead Client Service Manager | Plan Compliance Specialist
Aksana joined Benefit Financial Services Group in 2013 and currently serves as a Lead Client Service Manager and Plan Compliance Specialist for a number of corporate and public clients. Her previous experience includes risk analysis of daily executed energy trades for Exelon Corporation, as well as providing assistance for a business development team at JP Morgan Chase, Investment Bank.
Aksana holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Finance from Drexel University, Philadelphia. She is an active member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA), where she holds the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) and Qualified 401(k) Consultant (QKC) designations. Additionally, she is a member of the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA) and holds the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) designation.
Known for her active engagement in the industry, Aksana currently serves on the Board of the Orange County Chapter of the Western Pension & Benefits Council.
